The role is full-time with evenings, weekends and holidays. The position pays $18.00 per hour and offers benefits, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement. You will deliver excellent customer service, enforce policies, restock shelves, train new staff, and help safeguard

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Open availability to meet 24/7 operation (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience supervising team in food service or retail helpful.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience in retail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, high-quality customer service and greet customers.
• Enforce company policies and procedures with staff.
• Assist in training new employees and guiding daily operations.
• Manage food service/beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Restock and maintain appearance of shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper handling of food products.
• Prepare deposits and assist in weekly supplier orders.
