Smoothie King is seeking a purpose-driven Assistant General Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will apply strong leadership to recruit and develop staff, manage daily operations, and maintain brand standards while ensuring food safety and profitability.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to balance corporate priorities, drive KPI improvement, and execute local marketing plans aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle choices in the community.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes.
• ServSafe Certification.
