Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, develop a motivated team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will manage staffing, training, and daily tasks to uphold brand standards and drive sales.

You will use daily operational tools, monitor KPIs, and oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance while fostering community engagement and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – you are energized by working with people.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes our culture, values, and mission.
• Ability to work hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Use tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, and inventory systems to run operations
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory/shipment
• Review KPIs and store conditions to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage cash activities and deposits for the store
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed by all team members
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance
• Drive programs and marketing plans to support brand initiatives
• Recognize team achievements using company tools and methods
• Foster community outreach through local events and partnerships
