Job summary

Smoothie King seeks a General Manager to create a highly productive store environment, lead a motivated team, and ensure an extraordinary guest experience while balancing corporate priorities and leadership excellence.

You will hire, develop, and coach staff, manage cash activities, maintain food safety, and drive brand programs. Strong communication, detail orientation, and flexibility to work varied hours are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Basic knowledge of POS functionality and software tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Experience with OSHA/EEOC and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout each visit.
• Lead and develop your store team.
• Maintain brand standards and store appearance.
• Manage store cash activities and deposits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Marketing.
• Develop local store marketing plans.
