Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Experience with POS systems and general store operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA/EEOC and local regulations preferred.
• ServSafe Certification is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience and uphold brand standards.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver high quality smoothies and service.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling and inventory.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with General Manager on marketing and community initiatives.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure cleanliness and safety.
