Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and balance strategic priorities. The candidate will foster curiosity, take on new challenges, and uplift the team by developing skills aligned with our purpose.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team to deliver a great guest experience.
Use P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and scheduling/inventory tools to achieve excellence.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory and shipments.
Review KPIs to identify issues and opportunities and adjust accordingly.
Manage daily cash deposits and ensure financial controls.
Ensure food safety guidelines are followed by all team members.
Own and promote brand standards and ensure store appearance aligns with guidelines.
Drive store programs via action plans and inspire the team to meet standards.
Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
