Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading the store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain brand standards. You will engage in hiring, training, and development, and oversee daily operations including safety, cleanliness, and KPI monitoring.

In this role you will drive store marketing initiatives, community outreach, and collaborate with the GM to implement programs for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with hiring, developing, and leading the team to deliver guest experience.
• Utilize POS and data tools to monitor store performance and inventory.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
