Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Texas to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the crew, and uphold Popeyes’ legendary hospitality. You’ll lead shifts, ensure quality and service, and drive labor and food-cost controls.

Qualifications

3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example style.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
