Popeyes in Pflugerville, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver the legendary Southern hospitality Popeyes is known for.

You bring 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management, a people-first leadership style, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. You’ll help manage labor, food costs, safety, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• People-first leadership style with hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with managing labor and costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to meet service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
