Job summary

Popeyes in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver Popeyes' renowned Southern hospitality.

You will lead shifts with confidence, manage labor and cost controls, ensure food safety and quality, and develop team members through hands-on leadership. This role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and a passion for fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus!).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Love for fast-paced environments and great food.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
