Popeyes in Texas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver Popeyes' legendary hospitality.

This role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, a hands-on leadership style, and the flexibility to work weekends. You will help manage labor, food costs, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with great food.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
