KBP Brands’ KFC restaurant in New Boston, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, train and coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage inventory, labor, and costs, ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and participate in the quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
