KBP Brands' KFC Assistant General Manager opportunity in Texas invites you to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will train, schedule, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

You'll participate in internal leadership development, receive medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, education benefits, meals, and store-wide training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager or equivalent in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk during shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
