KBP Brands seeks an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. You will lead, train, and coach your team to create a positive, productive work environment while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety, manage labor and costs, and uphold standards. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to move objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.

• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
