KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurants in the United States. You will lead and coach a team, ensure top guest experiences, and oversee daily operations to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk during shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for a safe guest and employee environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
