KBP Brands, the KBP Foods family, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a dynamic KFC location. You will lead and coach the team, ensure premier guest experiences, and manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
