Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in quick-service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to a positive, productive environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
