KBP Brands' KFC location in Bastrop, Texas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, train and coach the team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage inventory, labor, and costs while upholding food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC's standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
