Job summary

KBP Brands, owner of the KFC restaurant concept, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role emphasizes teamwork, profitability, and adherence to safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to create memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe guest and employee environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
