Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced service environments.
• Experience managing P&L or cost controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to deliver quality guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Control labor costs and optimize scheduling.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Support shift coverage and vendor relationships as needed.
