Harris Teeter in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Full Time Assistant Customer Service Manager to supervise up to 120 associates across Customer Service and the accounting office. You will assist the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation, and you will coach staff to meet service and sales goals.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 years related experience) and strong communication; basic computer skills with HT Internet software are essential.

- High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
- Proficiency with HT Internet software, e-mail, inventory and office productivity tools.
- Analytical and numerical skills for basic math and stock control.

- Supervise up to 120 associates in Customer Service and accounting offices.
- Assist Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation.
- Perform floor monitor duties and training of new staff.
- Plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate, reward, and discipline as needed.
