Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks across our communities. You will partner with the Community Manager to lead by example, address resident concerns, and ensure smooth operations while promoting engagement across the team and residents.

The role involves leasing activities, rent collection, renewals, and assisting with financial reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months as an assistant community manager preferred.
• Valid Driver's License preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing with tours, respond to leads, and guide prospects through process.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are accurate and timely.
• Oversee rent collection, posting, delinquencies, and eviction coordination as needed.
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation for leadership.
