The role emphasizes leasing performance, resident retention, and accurate financial processing.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• A CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing and occupancy activities by conducting tours, following leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Support resident relations and respond to concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee rent collection, payments, and delinquency monitoring.
• Provide leadership in the Community Manager's absence and support team goals.
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation for leadership.
