Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing and resident relations, manage rent collection and renewals, and assist the Community Manager in daily financial tasks. You will help maintain a welcoming property environment and drive occupancy while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months as an assistant community manager preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Identify prospect needs, showcase available homes, and invite them to join the community.
• Ensure lease applications and renewals are completed accurately and on time.
• Meet occupancy goals through leasing performance and resident retention.
• Create and manage content for social media to highlight resident events and engagement.
• Oversee rent collection, billing, and payment postings to ensure accuracy.
