Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support financial and operational tasks on-site. You will handle rent collections, invoicing, and monthly reporting while assisting with leasing to drive occupancy and revenue, and coordinating maintenance with the team.

Strong communication, customer service, and familiarity with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite are essential. Weekends availability and physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).
• Willingness to work weekends and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks.
• Process invoices and collect rent and other payments.
• Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Oversee leasing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks with the team.
• Promote resident satisfaction and manage vendor relationships.
• Deliver property tours and communicate with clients as needed.
