RangeWater Real Estate is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to support our community operations, financial management and resident satisfaction. You will assist in overseeing property leasing and marketing efforts, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate has a background in property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive resident relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in financial and operational management.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts.
• Manage daily transactions related to financial operations.
• Conduct property tours and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Act as on-site supervisor when Community Manager is absent.
