Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the property. You will handle leasing support, invoicing, collections, deposits, and reporting, while promoting resident satisfaction and maintaining property standards.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata/Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service background sufficient to manage day-to-day operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
• Completes daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community.
• Reviews and submits invoices for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends that may impact the property and recommend improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of technology, industry standards, leasing tools and processes.
• Lease enforcement processes: inspections, collections, notices, etc.
• Manage client/owner relations and provide property updates.
• Oversee contractor and vendor management.
• Promote resident satisfaction by maintaining relationships with residents and co-workers.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property and report issues.
• Act as on-site supervisor in Community Manager's absence.
