Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the apartment community.

You will handle invoicing, rent collection, deposits, and reporting, while assisting leasing efforts to reach occupancy and revenue goals. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite is preferred for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in financial and operational tasks including monthly close-out and reporting.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Process invoices, collect rent, and perform bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Review vendor invoices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor market trends and assist in marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property and manage on-site activities.
