Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Experience in property management or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet/browser-based tools.
• Ability to manage data, reports, and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Weekend availability when scheduled is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in financial and operational tasks.
• Handle leasing cycle to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Process invoices and vendor payments per policy.
• Review market trends and recommend improvements.
• Supervise on-site operations in Community Manager's absence.
