Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager by handling financial operations, invoicing, rent collection, and reporting, while assisting with leasing and marketing to reach occupancy and revenue targets.

The role requires experience in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite; onsite schedule with weekend work as needed, and a collaborative, service‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service helpful.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Handle daily financial operations and reporting for the community.
• Review invoices and ensure payment in accordance with policies.
• Gather and analyze market trends to improve property performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure property standards.
