Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager by handling financial tasks, reporting, rent collection, and vendor coordination at a multifamily property.

You will assist with leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and ensuring property standards while contributing to occupancy and revenue goals. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in communication, presentation, and delivery with residents and team members.
• Experience or coursework in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service is desirable for day-to-day operations.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi, One Site) and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets of the community.
• Process invoices, collect rent, and perform accounts reconciliations and monthly close-outs.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and property tours for owners/clients.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property and report any issues.
