Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager by handling financial operations, reporting, and invoicing for a multifamily property. The role includes rent collection, banking deposits, and ensuring accurate reporting in the property management system.

You will assist leasing and marketing efforts to reach revenue and occupancy goals, manage vendor relationships, and help maintain property appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service helpful.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.
• Complete accounting tasks, monthly close-outs and financial reports.
• Process invoices, collect rent and other payments, and perform bank deposits.
• Record and report financial activity in the property management system.
• Assist leasing and marketing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor relations and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Supervise on-site operations in absence of Community Manager; maintain safety and property appearance.
