RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets of the property. You will manage daily transactions, rent collection, and reporting, while coordinating with leasing and marketing to hit occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and ability to work weekends as needed. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service helpful.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.
• Handle daily financial operations: invoicing, rent collection, deposits, reconciliations.
• Support leasing and marketing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Review vendor invoices and ensure payments per policy.
• Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to sustain occupancy.
