Qualifications

• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Assist Community Manager with financial operations and reporting.
• Process invoices, rent collections, and deposits.
• Support leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor management.
