Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the property's financial and operational tasks. You will handle leasing, marketing efforts, rent collection, invoicing, and monthly close-out reporting, while ensuring resident satisfaction and property standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the on-site team in the Community Manager’s absence, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining strong owner relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and marketing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Process invoices, collect rent, deposits, and other payments.
• Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and ensure property safety and appearance.
• Manage on-site operations in the absence of the Community Manager.
