RangeWater Real Estate seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of our properties.

You will handle accounting tasks, rent processing, invoicing, vendor coordination, leasing support, and resident relations while helping maintain high occupancy and property standards. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and availability for weekend work when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Entrata Yardi or OneSite a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in financial operations and reporting.
• Process invoices, collect rents, and prepare deposits.
• Lease and marketing support to achieve occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and manage service providers.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards at the property.
• On-site supervision in the absence of the Community Manager.
