Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. You will complete accounting tasks, prepare monthly close-outs, and manage rent collections and invoicing within the property management system.

Responsibilities include leasing support through the full cycle, reviewing vendor invoices, analyzing market trends, enforcing lease processes, and coordinating property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and marketing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by managing full leasing cycle.
• Handle daily financial operations; process invoices, collect rent, and perform bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Gather and analyze market trends to inform property improvements and occupancy strategies.
• Assist with on-site supervision, vendor management, and maintaining resident satisfaction.
• Ensure property safety, maintenance coordination, and compliance with company policies.
