Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. You will assist with budgeting, reporting, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will handle leasing activities, marketing efforts, invoicing, deposits, and reporting while maintaining resident satisfaction and compliance with company policies, standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in customer service or sales in property management is preferred.
• Ability to present information clearly and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in financial operations and reporting.
• Assist leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, and maintain records.
• Conduct property tours and coordinate with residents and staff.
