Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations of a multi-family property. You will handle leasing activities, rent collections, reporting, and vendor coordination, ensuring a smooth financial and operational flow.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to supervise daily tasks while maintaining resident satisfaction. Weekend coverage and travel may be required at times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.
• Processes invoices and manages financial transactions for the community.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and site appearance in line with company standards.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in Community Manager's absence and coordinates tasks.
• Maintains relationships with residents and assists in vendor/contractor management.
