Job summary

RangeWater is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community, including accounting, reporting, invoicing, rent collections, and system data entry.

The role also involves leasing support, marketing, vendor management, ensuring safety and maintenance, and acting as on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence. Schedule is 40 hours weekly with potential weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Assists Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.
• Completes accounting tasks, monthly close-out, and financial reporting; processes invoices and collects rent.
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals; manages vendor and contractor relations.
