Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at the housing community, reporting to the Community Manager. You will contribute to rent collection, cash flow optimization, and adherence to policies while supervising onsite staff and leasing activities.

The role emphasizes budget alignment, fair housing compliance, and efficient administration, with a focus on teamwork and service excellence in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience or training in housing industry is a plus.
• Onsite software familiarity and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Posting payments and income accurately and timely.
• Processing and reconciling daily receivables.
• Manage collections and evictions when needed.
• Help meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Supervise leasing activities and onsite staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
