Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing and risk, and ensure adherence to policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include posting payments, managing receivables, and maintaining accurate records while supporting the property’s budget and NOI objectives. This role demands strong customer service and leadership within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff using company directives.
• Ensure staff compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Lead leasing efforts and respond to resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
