Job summary

Altitude Group seeks an energetic Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth within an assigned Texas territory. You will prospect, cold-call, and meet business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products.

You’ll own your territory, manage your book of business, and advance through training and performance-based promotions. We provide comprehensive training, tools, and support, with weekly draw pay, bonuses, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life (or willingness to obtain; licensing reimbursement offered)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance solutions to clients and employees in person or group settings.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Set follow-up appointments, manage schedules, and submit activity daily.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and referrals to grow territory.
• Coordinate with team managers to discuss targets and progress.
