Job summary

Altitude Development Group seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners in your assigned territory. You will conduct cold calls, set face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions with a customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates are natural communicators who thrive in a team-driven culture, with a university degree or equivalent professional experience and willingness to obtain a Health & Life license.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be strong communicators with rapport-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or ~4 years of professional outside sales experience required or considered.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in an assigned territory meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calling, set up face-to-face meetings, and present insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily and coordinate with the sales team.
