Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to cover your own sales territory in Texas, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and services. You will drive new sales, manage follow-ups, and build a personal book of business in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience, a strong drive to win, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience. Candidates within 6 months of degree completion will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses in your territory.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to offer insurance products and services.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and drive new sales.
• Schedule follow-ups and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
