This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to supervise, train, and recruit Teammates, while advancing to higher responsibilities in management. The position emphasizes leadership, showmanship, and a commitment to Buckle’s mission of delivering an exceptional shopping experience to guests.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and achieve sales goals.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: recruit, train, and develop new teammates; maintain positive store culture.
• Visual Merchandise Management: own zones, display products, and maintain visual standards.
• Operations: work flexible schedule, perform opening/closing tasks, manage POS procedures, and ensure store readiness.
• Supervisory and Leadership: provide feedback, mentor teammates, and coordinate interviews as needed.
