Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will lead sales and service, assist in recruiting and training Teammates, and support store operations while modeling the Buckle brand and customer-first mindset. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive results, develop people, and assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate Teammates.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Lead, train and develop Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Oversee merchandising, daily operations and store standards.
• Recruiting, onboarding and coaching within the leadership team.
• Maintain visual standards and execute store initiatives.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team.
