Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive excellent guest service and sales performance.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and lead Teammates, implement merchandising standards, and oversee daily operations. You will develop leadership skills through progression from AIT to Assistant Manager, taking on increasing responsibilities while maintaining Buckle’s customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience a plus.
• Experience in leadership or coaching roles preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service across store areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Recruit and develop store staff; manage shift operations and scheduling.
• Maintain visual standards and execute merchandising plans.
• Oversee store operations, loss prevention, and policy adherence.
