Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive excellent guest service and sales. This role requires mentoring Teammates, leading merchandising efforts, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate staff, while ensuring store operations run smoothly and customer experiences remain top-notch.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties and meet performance standards.
• Experience in retail or customer service is helpful.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates and lead in absence of Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Lead, train and develop Teammates and recruit new staff.
• Manage visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Handle operations such as opening/closing and loss prevention.
• Support leadership in achieving sales goals and guest satisfaction.
