Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will work with the Store Manager and leadership team to develop staff, recruit teammates, and lead in the manager's absence.

This progression role covers both frontline leadership and higher duties, including guest service, training, schedule planning and adherence to Buckle standards, with a focus on creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales, merchandising and operational tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit Teammates.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service to achieve sales goals.
